3. What is the uptime of your servers?
We guarantee that your hosting account will be up and running at least 99.9% of the time of any 12 month hosting period. If we fail in any given month, you receive one full free month of hosting service. The above will be honored if the interruption is on our network or servers. There are many reasons why servers appear to be down at times and these could be possible problems with the ISP (your broadband or dialup provider) or defunct routers on a main network responsible for covering a specific area of the world. One way to determine if the problem is on our network is to simply do a trace route using online service or software that you may already have.
4. Do I have access to the email support center 24 hours 7 days a week?
Yes our email support center is open 24 hours 7 days a week to provide service for our customer round the clock. You can receive Phone and Email Help desk service from our 24 / 7 available customer support team for immediate problem resolution.
5. How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up/placing order?
Your account will be setup in the same day after sign-up or placing the order. You will receive an account information email within 12 hours after order placement. If you not receive an initial email from us within 12 hours after you sign up you need to contact us.
6. Do you offer web designing, maintenance and programming services?

We currently offer three predefined web design packages: The Business package (up to 5 pages) is recommended for personal or small business websites, the Deluxe package (up to 10 pages) is ideal for medium business websites and the Ecommerce package (up to 20 pages) is a must for every online business.
Our highly skilled web design team will create a website for you based on your requirements. After placing a web design order we assign a project coordinator who will handle all the communication for you and make sure the designers understand and implement your needs correctly. The packages include several extra features for free such as an email inquiry form, a guest book, a calendar or even an online forum.
